Through my studies and not least through many years of experience in project, marketing and HR work, I am able to analyze teams, hierarchies, power structures and group dynamics in a professional context, to support people in dissolving them and to shape new ways of working together.
I define and implement discrimination-sensitive complaint processes under the AGG and support organizations in establishing fair and inclusive structures. With my ability to analyze complex processes and quickly identify bottlenecks, I manage to communicate the necessary steps clearly and implement them effectively. Successful complaint management in the field of discrimination depends to a large extent on trusting cooperation with all relevant stakeholders. Let's smash the patriarchy!

... that real change is possible, structurally, across society and systematically, and that it benefits as many people as possible as well as nature. That people are not seen as mere resources, but are seen and supported with all their facets, needs and knowledge. I wish for a less deficit-oriented view and instead a benevolent one, focused on possibilities and a good future for everyone.
