This is us
We are filmmakers, media scholars, certified diversity trainers, and education and sustainability consultants. From experience we can say: There is rarely a lack of rules. What is missing are ways to enforce them in everyday work.
That is why we do not work on mission statements, but on processes that hold up under pressure: in the shooting schedule, in complaint structures and in duty rosters.

Films, series and stages shape whom a society takes for granted and whom it does not. Whoever is missing in front of and behind the camera is also missing from the stories.
That does not change through appeals, but through working conditions. People who constantly have to push back against being demeaned do not stay in the industry, and so they also drop out of the stories it tells. That is why we start with the conditions: rules that apply in everyday life on set, and reporting channels that cost no one their next job.
Our vision
An industry in which boundary violations can be addressed without risking the next contract.
In which it is not those affected who have to muster the courage, but those responsible who provide the structure. And in which, one day, no one has to explain anymore why this is necessary.
