- Lecturer for university sociology courses at the intersections of work and organization, critical race theory, intersectionality, masculinities & queer studies, (global) inequality regimes and precarious work.

My utopia is …
... a world in which we can communicate with each other bravely, allow ourselves to be vulnerable, and listen to each other more. My utopia is also a world that is greener and more sustainable, less cisheteronormative, and more appreciative, free of prejudice and in solidarity with all people: for and with each other.

- Since 02/2022, I have been working as a self-employed consultant for organizations in the non-profit and for-profit sectors in the field of DEIB, mainly through interactive anti-bias and diversity trainings with a team-building element, as well as discrimination-sensitive sensitivity readings for written and visual materials.
