Warm-up before shooting
The first day of shooting sets the tone.
In 15 to 30 minutes on the first day of shooting, we clarify what applies and whom people can approach. That way, you hear about problems while they are still small.
What happens at the warm-up
- We present the Respect Code Film and your Code of Conduct
- We name the trusted contact person, contact persons and reporting channels, with names and contact details
- We clarify who is responsible for what and what is expected of everyone
- You have space for first questions and uncertainties
- Optional: an anonymous mood check at the start

Afterwards, we stay a little longer. So that the team gets to know us before they need us.
What you get out of it
After 30 minutes, the team knows the rules and the contact persons by name, face and contact details, not just as an attachment to an email. That way, conflicts come to the table early, while they can still be resolved.
